Adonexus processes Personal Data on behalf of its clients in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. This is related to the Data Processing Adendum (DPA). When using Adonexus services, clients may transfer Personal Data to countries that do not provide an adequate level of data protection. To ensure compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other relevant data protection laws, Adonexus follows strict security and privacy measures as outlined in its agreements.

Clients remain in control of their data and are responsible for ensuring compliance with their own regulatory obligations. Adonexus is committed to safeguarding all transferred data and upholding the highest standards of security and confidentiality.
