Adonexus Services Legal Terms

The use of Adonexus services is granted for the duration specified in the selected service plan or contractual agreement. Access begins upon acceptance of the terms and remains active until the end of the designated service period, as outlined in the applicable order or subscription agreement. Once the subscription term expires or the service is terminated, access to Adonexus services will no longer be available.

Adonexus is committed to maintaining the security of credentials, access controls, and security procedures related to its professional services. Clients are responsible for safeguarding sensitive information and ensuring the protection of any confidential data provided by Adonexus. Our services do not include data recovery unless explicitly stated in the agreement. Failure to implement appropriate security measures may impact the effectiveness of the services provided.

By using Adonexus services, the Client acknowledges these terms and agrees to comply with all security and operational responsibilities associated with their use.
